Extension units include analog sensors extension unit (e.g. VT408 is connected to CAN ports of monitoring units and PDUs) and embedded boards (installed inside monitoring units and PDUs) for increasing functionality of the units (e.g. GMS modem) or increasing the number of sensors (e.g. dry contacts) connected to the units.
